Structured, Secure, Straightforward

  • Start by filling out our Loan Application Form. Once received, we’ll assess your application and respond within 48 hours with an indicative offer and interest rate. To speed things up, provide as much supporting information as possible with your application — such as asset and liability statements, building contracts, and estimated property values.

  • If your application is suitable and you accept our indicative interest rate, we’ll issue a Letter of Offer outlining the key terms. To proceed, you’ll need to return the signed offer and pay a non-refundable deposit to cover valuation, legal, and other fees and a $1,500 loan offer fee.

  • We’ll arrange a property valuation through one of our trusted, independent valuers. The valuer will need access to the security property to confirm its current market value.

  • Once the valuation is received and confirms that it meets our maximum LVR guidelines, our lawyers will prepare the formal loan and security documents. You’ll need to work with your solicitor to review, sign, and return these documents promptly.

  • With signed documents in place, we’ll schedule settlement. If there is an existing mortgage on the property, it’s your responsibility to arrange for discharge on the settlement date. In many cases, loans can settle within two to three weeks of the signed Loan Offer — particularly when documents are provided promptly.
